Creamy Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. creamy mustard
salt and pepper to taste
2 1/2 to 3 lb. potatoes
1/2 medium onion
6 hard-cooked eggs
celery (optional)
radishes (optional)
Preparation

Cook potatoes. Cool and chop.
Chop onion and eggs.
Mix Miracle Whip, sugar, mustard and salt and pepper until smooth. Mix all together and refrigerate several hours.
You may add celery and radishes, if you wish.
