Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream-style corn
1 large onion, chopped
3/4 c. Minute rice, uncooked
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 stick oleo
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. grated cheese (Velveeta)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute onion and pepper in oleo until tender.
Mix other ingredients, except cheese, and pour into baking dish.
Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese immediately after removing from oven.
