Steak Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, very finely chopped
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Put onion and oil in saucepan over low heat and cook slow until the onion is soft.
    Mash up the onion with a metal spoon, then add the remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Let the sauce get cool before pouring into jar.
    Keep unused portion in refrigerator.
