Southwest Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. ready-to-serve salad greens
1/2 pkg. baby spinach leaves
1- 15 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
1- 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed/drained
1 c. black olives, chopped
1 pkg. Southwestern chicken strips, chopped
1 c. Ranch Salad dressing
1 c. Picante Sauce
Broken tortilla chips (to taste)
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. diced tomatoes
Preparation

Place greens in large salad bowl. Add corn, beans, olives, and chicken strips. Combine Ranch dressing and Picante sauce. Prepare individual servings; top with broken chips, cheese, and diced tomatoes. Spoon dressing over individual servings. Serve immediately.
