Veal Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. each: garlic salt and paprika
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
4 veal chops (3/4-inch thick)
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 thin slices Mozzarella cheese
1 (12 oz.) can seasoned tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Combine flour and seasonings; coat chops with mixture.
Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in small bowl.
Dip chops in egg, then crumb mixture.
Brown chops slowly in hot oil in skillet. Place slice of Mozzarella cheese over each chop.
Pour sauce over cheese; sprinkle with oregano.
Cover.
Simmer for 50 minutes or until meat is tender.
