Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. molasses
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    5 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves, ground
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Chill for 3 hours.
    Pinch off about 2 teaspoons of dough and roll into a ball with hands.
    Press with glass dipped in sugar and place on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 8 minutes.
