Berry Pie(Can Use Any Berry Desired) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. plus 3 c. berries
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    2 large Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Sift flour and sugar into bowl.
    With pastry blender or fork, cut in butter.
    Mix until it resembles corn meal.
    Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
    Press pastry into a greased pie pan until firm on bottom and sides.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes until brown.
    Meanwhile, cook 1 cup of berries and water-cornstarch mixture until thick.
    Place 3 cups of fresh berries in baked crust and pour the thickened berry mixture over the fresh fruit while still hot.
