Skillet Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. bacon drippings
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    3 stalks celery, finely chopped
    1 to 2 large green tomatoes, finely chopped
    1/2 medium cabbage, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt bacon drippings in skillet.
    Add vegetables.
    Season with salt and pepper; mix well.
    Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes, or until cabbage is tender but crisp, stirring occasionally.
    Yields 4 servings.
