Creamy Fruit Dip(Low Fat Dip Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 8 ounce can crushed pineapple in its own juices
    3 1/2 ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix
    3/4 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together.
    Refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.
    Serve with fresh fruit.
    Makes 2 1/2 cups.
    Has 11 calories per tablespoon, if made with sugar-free pudding: 16 calories per tablespoon, if make with regular pudding mix.
    Zero fat grams.
