Microwave Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef or venison
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    9 lasagne noodles (uncooked)
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large glass bowl, heat crumbled ground meat 2 to 3 minutes on High until browned.
    Stir in spaghetti sauce and water.
    Combine Ricotta cheese, egg and pepper.
    Spray oblong baking dish with nonstick spray.
    Spoon 1/2 cup of sauce into dish, then alternately layer noodles, egg mixture, Mozzarella cheese and sauce, making 2 layers.
    Heat, covered, for 8 minutes on High.
    Continue cooking on power level 5 an additional 30 to 32 minutes until noodles are tender.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Let stand, covered, for 15 minutes before serving.
