Peach Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine or butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. sifted flour
    3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. peach preserves
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar.
    Mix with other ingredients.
    Add peach preserves and sour cream.
    Pour into 2 large loaf pans or 3 to 4 small loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
