Indian Fry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Roll dough out to about 1/4-inch thickness.
    Cut in 1-inch squares.
    Fry carefully in hot oil or until they float. This just takes a few minutes.
    Drain well.
    Roll in sugar or cinnamon/sugar mixture while warm.
