Cheesy Potato Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Russet potatoes
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1/2 c. dry fine bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Peel potatoes or wash skins thoroughly.
Cut lengthwise into quarters.
Cut each quarter into thirds.
Coat potatoes with margarine.
Combine crumbs, cheese and seasonings.
Roll potatoes in mixture.
