Chipped Beef Spread - cooking recipe

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened with 2 Tbsp. milk
1 (3 oz.) dried beef, snipped
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
1/8 tsp. pepper (black)
1 carton sour cream (small)
1/4 c. walnuts or pecans coarsely chopped
