Italian Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground Italian sausage
    2 lb. zucchini squash, cut into 1/2-inch pieces; do not peel*
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 chopped medium onions
    2 chopped medium green peppers
    2 qt. canned tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 tsp. salt
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    *About 3 medium-sized squash, do not use large zucchini, too many seeds and the peel gets hard when cooked.
