Healthy Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. white flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 heaping Tbsp. honey
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Mix last 2 ingredients.
    Add to others.
    Grease 1 loaf pan.
    Top with sunflower seeds.
    Bake for 1 hour.
