Buttermilk Cookie Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
    2 cans mandarin oranges
    1 pkg. fudge striped shortbread cookies
Preparation
    Mix buttermilk and instant pudding. Fold in Cool Whip. Add mandarin oranges (drained) and cookies (broken in pieces) when ready to serve.
