Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. flour
    2 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1 egg
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add egg, shortening, sugar and salt.
    Gradually work in flour.
    Let rise.
    Punch down.
    Cover and refrigerate or make out in rolls and let rise.
    Will keep in refrigerator for 2 or 3 days if tightly covered.
    It is best if kept 1 day in refrigerator.
    Allow 2 to 3 hours to rise.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Can also be made into 3 loaves.
