My Favorite Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 large can stewed tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 c. beef broth
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
Preparation
    Brown meats, onion, garlic and green pepper.
    Drain.
    Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer 1 hour.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
    Can be frozen.
