Ham And Cheese Pockets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen puff pastry
    6 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    Dijon-style mustard
    6 oz. boiled ham
Preparation
    Thaw pastry about 20 minutes at room temperature.
    Roll each sheet of pastry into a 12-inch square on a lightly floured board. Cut into nine 4-inch squares.
    Repeat with remaining sheets of pastry.
    Spread each square lightly with mustard.
    Cut cheese and ham into 3 1/2 x 2-inch strips.
    Top each half of square with a strip of cheese.
    Place a strip of ham over each cheese strip. Fold squares of pastry into halves in line with the long edges of ham strips.
    Moisten edges and pressing with a fork to seal.
