Chili Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. peeled tomatoes
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. bell pepper
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. hot chopped pepper
Preparation
    Mix all and cook for 1 hour.
    Pour in jars and seal.
    Makes 8 pints.
    May be stored in freezer bags until ready for use.
