Ingredients

3 3/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. oil
4 eggs, separated
Preparation

Mix egg yolks and milk.
Add dry ingredients and only mix. Don't beat until smooth.
Add oil, then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Cook in waffle iron.
Any leftover batter may be stored in the refrigerator.
