Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
    1 dash black pepper
    1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Put squash, salt and water together in pot and cook until done.
    Drain.
    Add margarine, sour cream, cheese and black pepper. Pour into 3-quart dish.
    Top with Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
