Creole Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
salt
pepper
Preparation
-
Saute onions in margarine; stir in flour.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook on low heat until thickened or bake on slow heat until brown.
