Swiss Style Sausage And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Polish sausages, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. sauerkraut, drained and rinsed (preferably in jar)
    2 c. water
    1 c. rice
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Brown sausage in skillet.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Saute until limp.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bring to boil.
    Cover. Lower heat and simmer 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
