Rice Galare - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lemon jello
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 small cans crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 c. rice
    2 c. water
    1 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Mix jello, sugar and pineapple.
    Cook rice with water until tender.
    While hot, mix with the jello mixture.
    Mix thoroughly. Put in refrigerator until set.
    Whip the whipping cream until thick and add to set jello mixture.
    Add miniature marshmallows (optional).
