Chicken Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small to medium cabbage, finely shredded
1 chicken, boiled in 1 Tbsp. salt, deboned and shredded
1/4 c. basil, chopped
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1 small hot pepper, finely chopped
1/4 c. cilantro, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar or lime juice
chopped, dry roasted peanuts
Preparation

Mix chicken and cabbage in a bowl.
Add basil, onion and cilantro.
Mix vinegar, hot pepper, salt and sugar to make dressing.
Pour dressing over cabbage mixture, right before serving.
Sprinkle peanuts on top.
