Mediterranean Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (fresh if available)
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (1 lb.) can small whole Blue Lake variety green beans (undrained)
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in olive oil until onion is transparent (do not brown).
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
