Cold Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Blue Lake whole green beans, drained
    1 onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
Preparation
    Let green beans, onion, salad oil, vinegar, salt and pepper stand 1 hour or overnight.
    Drain.
    Add sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard and horseradish.
