Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. oil
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped green chilies
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. coriander
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix and chill overnight, stirring occasionally.
    You may coarsely chop in food processor, if you prefer.
