Mexican Fruitcake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 cups flour
2 tsp. soda
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pour batter into greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Bake 45 minutes or until tests done.
Don't overbake. Frost with creme cheese icing.
Keeps well.
Can ice while hot.
