Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, washed and chopped
Preparation

Brown sausage, drain well.
Mix over low heat the cream cheese and sausage until well mixed.
Stuff mushroom caps with sausage and cheese mixture.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
