Apple Twists - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large peeled & cored apples
    8 oz. Pillsbury crescent rolls
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. orange juice or water
Preparation
    Cut each apple into eight pieces. Unroll crescent roll dough; separate into 8 triangles. Cut each in half lengthwise to make 16 triangle strips. Place an apple piece at wide end of each strip; roll up. Arrange in 9-inch square pan. Drizzle with margarine. Sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon & sugar. Drizzle with orange juice or water. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30-35 min. or until apples are tender. Serve warm, plain or with ice cream.
