Green Bean Puff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked green beans, drained
1/4 c. finely diced celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
1 egg white, stiffly beaten
1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Combine hot beans and celery in 5-cup casserole.
Blend mayonnaise, mustard, salt, vinegar and milk.
Fold in egg white. Pile lightly on bean mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, or until puffed and beans are heated.
