Heavy Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. ricotta cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. fruit juice (peach, apple, pineapple, etc.)
    3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
    1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Combine ricotta cheese, cream cheese, juice and confectioners' sugar in food processor or in blender.
    Process until smooth.
    Add heavy cream and process just until blended. Great served with bread pudding or fruit crepes.
