Alice'S Chocolate Frosting(Never Fail) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Mix together and boil for 1 minute.
    Beat until ready to spread.
    Double recipe for 9 x 13-inch pan.
