Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/8 c. oil
    1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. water
    1 can green beans
    1 can peas
    1 can yellow wax beans
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 fresh cucumber, chopped
    1 green pepper
    1/2 stalk celery
Preparation
    Stir a few times and let all vegetables go through dressing.
