New River Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. macaroni (uncooked)
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. beef bouillon granules
    28 oz. pureed tomatoes (undrained)
    16 oz. tomatoes (undrained)
    15 1/2 oz. kidney beans (undrained)
    15 oz. pinto beans (undrained)
    1 tsp. hot sauce
    shredded Cheddar cheese (for garnish)
Preparation
    Cook macaroni, drain and set aside.
    Cook beef and onion; crumble and drain.
    Combine macaroni, beef and remaining ingredients.
    Stir and cover.
    Simmer on low for 1 hour, stirring frequently.
    Makes 2 quarts.
    Garnish with cheese.
