Ingredients

1 stick butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature peanut butter cups
Preparation

Cream together butter and peanut butter with granulated and brown sugars.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Stir together flour, baking soda and salt and blend into the creamed mixture to make a smooth dough.
Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place in ungreased miniature tins.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Have miniature peanut butter cups ready, papers removed. Immediately after removing tray from oven, press a peanut butter cup into center of hot cookie.
Let cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes before removing cookies to tray.
