Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Combine
    meat,\trice, egg, parsley, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup tomato soup.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Shape into 20 small balls and
    place\tin
    skillet.
    Mix remaining soup, water and Worcestershire
    sauce;
    pour over meatballs.
    Bring to a boil; reduce
    heat, cover and simmer for 40 minutes, stirring often. Serves 4 or 5.
