Broccoli Timbale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    flavorless oil
    1/4 c. white bread crumbs
    3/4 c. minced onions
    1 Tbsp. butter
    white pepper
    salt
    pinch of fresh nutmeg
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    2/3 c. white bread crumbs
    5 eggs
    1 c. milk, brought to boil with 4 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. cooked chopped broccoli
Preparation
    Oil a 6-cup souffle mold and roll bread crumbs around interior, coating the bottom and sides.
    Tap out the excess.
    Cook the onions slowly in butter for about 10 minutes in a covered saucepan.
    Do not allow them to color.
    Put the onions, cheese, bread crumbs and seasonings into a mixing bowl and then beat in the eggs.
