Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt.
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk and stir gradually into flour to make a smooth batter.
    Beat thoroughly with eggbeater.
    Fill greased custard cups or heavy muffin pans 2/3 full.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Makes 12 popovers.
