Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. fresh cranberries, ground
    2 small oranges, unpeeled, seeded and ground
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O and sugar in boiling water.
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
    Set pineapple aside.
    Add water to pineapple juice to measure 1 cup.
    Stir in lemon juice.
    Stir mixture into gelatin mixture.
    Chill until consistency of egg whites.
    Add cranberries, oranges and nuts to mixture; mix well.
    Refrigerate until set.
