Gourmet Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1/4 stick margarine
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 egg
    5 Tbsp. sour cream
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and mash.
    Add margarine, cream cheese, sour cream, milk and egg.
    Whip until smooth.
    Place in greased casserole.
    Sprinkle with paprika for color and cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    If taken from refrigerator, extend baking time to 50 minutes.
    Potatoes are very fluffy when served.
