Sauteed Chicken Breasts And Crab Meat El Pearson - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless chicken breasts
    2 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. olive oil
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 lb. lump crab meat
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 c. chopped shallots
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
    1 tsp. lobster or chicken base (can be located in the spice department)
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chicken breasts and roll in flour, shaking off excess.
    Heat oil in skillet and brown chicken on both sides. Remove chicken and pour off excess oil.
