Mock Dried Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 gal. fresh peaches, cut up
6 to 8 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar

Preparation

Mix ingredients in saucepan.
Cook until thick.
Freeze in containers.
Use your favorite recipe for fried pies.
