Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 large beaten eggs
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    3 medium size bananas, mashed and ripe
    2 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar together.
    Add slightly beaten eggs. Sift together flour and baking soda.
    Blend with mixture, scrape side of bowl.
    Add pecans.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Add hot water to mashed bananas and mix well.
    Fold into mixture.
    Pour into each well-greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Yields 1 loaf.
