Low-Fat Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean chuck
    1 or 2 eggs
    6 to 8 crackers
    1/2 c. salsa
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly. Add ketchup as desired. Place in a greased pan. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Uncover and cook 30 more minutes or until brown.
