Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    breaded breast strips
    3 c. water
    5 bouillon cubes
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
    1 c. cashews
    chopped green onions
Preparation
    Fry breast strips in deep fat.
    Cut into 1-inch pieces.
    In large pan, boil water and bouillon cubes.
    Stir in sugar and cornstarch.
    Add oyster sauce and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
    Pour over chicken.
    Top with green onions and cashews.
