Emily'S Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

60 Ritz crackers, finely crushed
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick melted butter
2 cans Mandarin oranges, drained well
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 small can frozen orange juice
1 medium container Cool Whip
Preparation

Drain the oranges well, then mix in milk and juice.
Fold in Cool Whip and pour into the crust.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Can also be used as a dessert.
Very good served with pork.
